"He requires a larger residence." Harry Kane is halfway to reaching Haaland's accomplishment!
He simply can't stop capturing moments! In Germany, with Bayern Munich, Harry Kane's life has transformed, featuring a new match, another double. Following his hat-trick in the German Classic against Borussia Dortmund over the weekend, Kane achieved another two goals on Wednesday, this time against Galatasaray for the Champions League.
The Bavarian giant, Bayern Munich, struggled significantly against their Turkish opponent at "Allianz" in Munich. Kane's winning goal, a perfect header confirmed by the video referee in the 80th minute, was followed by another goal he set up with Matthias Till six minutes later, granting his team a clear lead in the group.
"Perhaps he needs a larger house to accommodate all the balls collected due to his goal-scoring prowess in matches," teased Thomas Muller about Kane's ongoing house search in Munich. Meanwhile, coach Thomas Tuchel praised him, noting his ability to score in every stadium worldwide after leaving his comfort zone in the United Kingdom to join a new city and team for the first time.
Harry Kane's two goals against Galatasaray brought his total to 22 this season, 19 of which were solely with Bayern, marking an exceptional achievement for a player in his first season in a new country and language, as Tuchel highlighted. Kane currently surpasses last season's top scorer, Erling Haaland, who has scored 15 goals with Manchester City in all competitions. If Kane maintains this form, he might even challenge Haaland's record of 52 goals from the previous season. An inaugural championship would surely fill the void in Kane's trophy cabinet!
