Paris Saint Germain want Jordi Alba
The French giants had previously unsuccessfully tried to sign Neymar from Barcelona. But their efforts were rebuffed and the Brazilian eventually signed a contract extension with Barcelona last year.
This time around, they have targeted Jordi Alba to replace Maxwell according to France Football. The Brazilian’s contract with PSG expires in June and Alba is on PSG’s shortlist.
The Spaniard has previously worked under Unai Emery at Valencia and have a good relationship.
Alba had briefly lost his place in the Barcelona team as Luis Enrique opted for a 3-4-3 system. But he has been back int he team as the Asturian boss appears to be favoring the 4-3-3 system recently.
Enrique leaves at the end of the season and Alba may have to wait to for Barcelona’s a new manager
